Description

This white mesh feels and behaves more like a stiffened tulle.  Covered in a smattering of 3D, white foamy dots, we can see this mesh incorporating easily into winter and Christmas projects.  Instead of the dots sitting on the surface, the tulle runs through the center of them, resulting in a mirrored symmetry of texture on the front and back of the fabric.
